Terms and Conditions of Attendance and Participation

These are the terms and conditions (the “Terms”) that govern your attendance at and/or participation in the XPRIZE Global Visioneering Summit 2027 (the “Event”). 

By registering for the Event, you are agreeing to these Terms, which form a legal agreement between XPRIZE Foundation, Inc. (“XPRIZE”), and the registered attendee and/or participant (“You”). If you are registering on behalf of another person, it is your responsibility to ensure that the person attending is aware of these terms and accepts them, and by completing the registration you are warranting that you have made the attendee aware of these terms and that they have accepted these terms. 

By attending the Event you acknowledge and agree to grant XPRIZE the right at the Event to record, film, photograph or capture your likeness in any media now available and hereafter developed and to distribute, broadcast, use or otherwise globally to disseminate, in perpetuity, such media without any further approval from you or any payment to you. This grant includes, but is not limited to, the right to edit such media, the right to use the media alone or together with other information, and the right to allow others to use and/or disseminate the media. You agree to release, discharge and hold harmless, XPRIZE and its agents from any and all claims, demands or causes of actions that you may hereafter have by reason of anything contained in the photographs or video.

By attending the Event you voluntarily and unconditionally agree to: (i) assume any and all risks associated with attending or participating in the Event, including but not limited to the risk of bodily injury of death, (ii) assume full responsibility for your presence at and/or participation in the Event, and (iii) waive, and covenant not to sue any XPRIZE Party with respect to any and all claims that you now or may in the future have against any XPRIZE Party resulting from your presence at and/or participation in the Event.

You hereby acknowledge that you have read and understand the Terms, accept these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. You further acknowledge that the information you have provided herein is true and correct.
